We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Solicitor to manage a caseload of fast-track claims. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services, working closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice while ensuring they feel supported throughout the claims process.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage your own fast-track caseload with minimal supervision
  • Draft and manage legal documentation including pleadings, applications, disclosure lists, witness statements and schedules of loss, trial bundles, case summaries, and counsel briefs
  • Accurately value personal injury claims using JSB guidelines and case law
  • Prepare well-reasoned special damages claims, including future losses
  • Use case law strategically and make effective use of Part 36 offers
  • Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and internal processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practice
  • Deliver excellent client care, meeting SLAs and maintaining clear communication
  • Collaborate with colleagues and elevate complex matters when required

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with practicing rights (Essential)
  • Proven experience handling fast-track personal injury claims (RTA, EL, PL)
  • Experience managing cases through litigation to trial
  • Strong drafting experience (pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, counsel instructions)
  • DCP experience (essential)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Strong understanding of liability and Civil Procedure Rules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding client care and relationship-building ability
  • Able to work collaboratively with third parties including Counsel, unions, and medical agencies
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify fraud or complex claims
