We're looking for an exceptional Team Assistant to join a busy Family Office, providing dedicated support to the principal, alongside the Director of the Family Office and the wider team. This is a standalone role, separate from the Family Office's two-PA duty rota, offering the opportunity to become a trusted extension of the principal across personal support, project coordination, lifestyle management and administration. No two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating a private event, researching suppliers or arranging personal appointments; the next you could be travelling internationally, supporting logistics or managing multiple projects behind the scenes. If you enjoy variety, take pride in anticipating needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing proactive personal and administrative support to the principal
  • Supporting the Director of the Family Office and wider team
  • Coordinating personal projects, events and lifestyle management
  • Managing appointments, gifting, personal shopping and research
  • Assisting with styling coordination and travel logistics
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and external partners
  • Travelling internationally when required (up to 45 days per year)

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Private PA or in a similar support role
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and project coordination skills
  • A valid passport with no travel restrictions and willingness to travel internationally

Why apply?

This is a rare opportunity to join a professional Family Office in a varied, high-trust role where you'll gain exposure to private support, lifestyle management, project coordination and international travel. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being relied upon, takes ownership of their work and wants to build a long-term career within a private environment.

Location: Hybrid (regular office attendance required, depending on the principal's location)

Travel: Up to 45 days per year, including India and other international destinations

Start Date: ASAP
