Personal Trainer & Personal Assistant to HNW Entrepreneur
We are seeking a highly capable and versatile Personal Trainer / Personal Assistant to support a successful HNW Businessman with an extensive international lifestyle.
This is a unique, high-trust position combining Personal Training, Nutrition & Wellness with Personal Assistant and private service responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal, anticipating his needs and ensuring seamless support across his personal life, fitness routine and international travel.
The role will initially be part-time and London-based for three months, working around the Principal’s visits to London. During this period, the candidate will also accompany the Principal on an international trip, most likely to Lagos, Nigeria.
Following the initial three months, the role will transition into a full-time, permanent travelling position, with regular travel between London, Lagos, Romania and other international destinations. The Principal is expected to spend approximately two weeks per month in Lagos.
Salary: Circa £70,000 depending on experience, pro rata for the first 3 months.
Location: London initially, transitioning to extensive international travel.
Travel: Extensive international travel, particularly London, Lagos & Romania.
Driving: Essential
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
The successful candidate will combine professional Personal Training and Wellness support with practical PA and private service responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
Personal Training & Wellness
- Design and deliver personal training programmes.
- Train with the Principal in London and internationally.
- Maintain his fitness routine while travelling.
- Provide guidance around nutrition, healthy eating and wellness.
- Adapt training around a demanding international schedule.
Personal Assistant & Private Service
- Manage appointments, scheduling and personal administration.
- Support daily routines and practical personal requirements.
- Prepare and organise international travel.
- Liaise with household staff, hotels, restaurants, drivers and service providers.
- Drive the Principal when required.
- Anticipate requirements and provide proactive, discreet support.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines professional Personal Training expertise with strong PA or private service experience.
You will ideally have:
- A recognised Personal Training qualification and professional PT experience.
- Strong knowledge of fitness, nutrition and wellness.
- Previous experience as a Private PA, Personal Assistant, or similar private service professional.
- Experience supporting an HNW/UHNW Principal would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A highly proactive, adaptable and service-oriented approach.
- A polished and professional presentation.
- A clean, full driving licence.
- The flexibility to embrace a highly mobile international lifestyle.
- Exceptional discretion, confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
(Confident cooking skills would also be advantageous).
The position can be offered on a U A E employment contract, providing a tax-free salary structure.
