Experienced Private PA required to provide first class personal support to a busy couple in the creative industry. This is an extremely busy and challenging role providing right hand personal support to the busy couple - working alongside the principals EA, you will oversee all personal diary and travel management, co-ordinate complex and ever changing schedules and ensure their every day runs smoothly.
You will have experience of a similar senior Private PA role and not be fazed by a busy, fast paced and ever changing role. Having worked directly with Talent from the music or entertainment industry would be hugely beneficial but is not essential. This is not a 9am to 5pm role and requires complete commitment and dedication to the principals, so flexibility is key and you must be available to travel (sometimes for long periods of time) whenever required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain personal calendars for both principals ensuring balance between business and personal commitments.
- Coordinate all personal travel, including family trips, holidays, and travel for work for female principal.
- Schedule medical, wellness, fitness, and beauty appointments.
- Maintain medical files and history and reorder prescriptions / supplements.
- Oversee household needs: liaise with contractors, cleaners, chefs, drivers, and other service providers.
- Manage household inventories and supervise home maintenance.
- Support female principal's personal projects, events, and social commitments, including travel and event logistics.
- Handle errands such as grocery shopping, gifting, dry cleaning, and personal deliveries.
- Handle all shipping requirements.
- Research new restaurants, cultural experiences, and lifestyle services that could be of interest.
- Manage personal documents, renewals (licenses, passports, insurance), and memberships.
- Accompany on both personal and professional trips as needed / requested.
- Pack, unpack and organize luggage for business and personal travel. (Maintain packing lists).
- Plan and execute personal and family events, dinners, and gatherings.
- Be available outside traditional office hours for urgent matters related to personal life and travel.
- Oversee day to day payments for home bills, vendor payments and personal expenses.
- Credit card reconciliations for personal matters.
- Available and flexible to travel whenever required.
Candidates must be / have:
- Previous experience as a Private Personal Assistant essential.
- Music or Entertainment industry experience and knowledge preferable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Confidentiality and discretion at all times.
