An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Private PA / Executive Assistantto become a trusted member of a family's private team.
The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the Principal while also taking a hands-on approach to the day-to-day running of the family's private affairs, residences and household team. The role requires someone with the polish of a corporate EA, combined with strong private household experience.
Hours:- Full-time, primarily office-based, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required, particularly while the Principals are travelling internationally

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and ever-changingdiaries, inboxes and communications, triaging priorities and coordinating meetings.
- Arrangedomestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, itineraries and private aviation.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the family'sresidences, including maintenance, contractors, household purchases and property projects.
- Manage and coordinate thehousehold team, including rotas, recruitment, performance and day-to-day schedules.
- Manageinvoices, expenses, budgets, insurance and financial administration, maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets.
- Support the Principals and their children, liaising with schools, Nannies and relevant professionals.
- Coordinatephilanthropic commitments, meetings and related administration alongside the family office.
- Organiseevents, projects and additional personal requirements, taking ownership from start to finish.
- Anticipate needs, manage changing priorities and provide practical support across bothsenior and mundane day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain the highest levels ofdiscretion, confidentiality and professionalismat all times.
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience across both corporate EA and Private PA environments.
- Strong experience supporting a UHNW family or high-profile individual.
- Experience managing complex diaries, inboxes, international travel and household administration.
- Previous experience managing or coordinating a household team.
- Strong financial, organisational and administrative skills, including advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work in close partnership with hands-on Principals.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and exceptional attention to detail.
- A flexible, proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- A polished and professional manner, while being comfortable getting involved in practical day-to-day tasks.
- Strong IT skills and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience with property renovation/refurbishment projects or a House Manager background could be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel with the Principals and family if required.
