Our client requires an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across the artist’s personal, professional, and household life, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and extensive travel. The successful candidate will work closely with management and the wider team, acting as a central point of coordination and ensuring the artist’s schedule, home life, and personal requirements are managed proactively and efficiently.
This role requires someone calm, discreet and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise and bring structure to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a service-led mindset are essential. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Private PA or in a similar high-level support role, with strong technical and administrative skills across Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple systems, and collaborative platforms such as Asana.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the artist’s personal and professional diary, coordinating appointments and work commitments
- Keeping calendars and planners updated in real time and ensuring visibility across the wider team
- Handling local and international travel arrangements as required
- Enhancing communication and liaising with the artist and wider team
- Managing administrative systems, workflows, filing systems and collaborative platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and iOS
- Processing expenses, tracking budgets and ensuring accuracy alongside management and accountants
- Managing passwords and confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Packing and unpacking for travel, organising wardrobe and personal items as required
- Running errands including collecting mail, booking restaurants, arranging appointments and sourcing items
- Using iPhone to capture images and short-form video content when required
Household responsibilities include:
- Managing daily household operations including morning and evening setups
- Maintaining household organisation and coordinating maintenance issues promptly
- Scheduling and overseeing cleaners, gardeners, technicians and other household vendors
- Booking fitness, wellness and health appointments and liaising with chefs regarding meals and preferences
- Managing household bills, budgets and household administration
- Organising important documents including contracts, warranties, insurance and workflows both digitally and physically
- Project managing personal events and special projects as required
- Working closely with the PA / Business Executive and stepping in for one another when necessary to ensure seamless support
Candidates must be / have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Private PA or in a similar role
- A full clean driving licence
- Strong technical proficiency across Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Asana and Apple systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- A discreet, loyal and service-minded approach
- Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset
