We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team of a growing wealth management firm. This is a high-trust, high-impact role working closely with the CEO, helping ensure their time is spent on the most important strategic priorities while the day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role requires someone who is highly organised, discreet, proactive and calm under pressure, with experience supporting senior executives.
You will act as the central coordination point for the CEO, ensuring schedules, communications, and internal operations run efficiently. You will also support company events, marketing initiatives and CRM management.
Hours: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Mayfair (WFH on Fridays)
Salary: £60k-£75k
Start Date: May 2026

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements for the CEO
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including board meetings
- Prepare meeting briefings with relevant background information
- Act as gatekeeper for communications and prioritise urgent matters
- Draft and proofread emails and correspondence where required
- CRM & Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate contact records and relationship notes in the CRM
- Add new contacts, referrals and opportunities
- Ensure follow‑ups from meetings are captured and recorded
- Expense & Administration
- Manage expenses, accurately reconciling receipts to relevant meetings and events
- Prepare reports and support targeted communications, including mail merges
- Events & Marketing Support
- Support the Marketing Director with invitations, data management and event logistics
- Organise client events and assist with event hosting
- Track RSVPs, attendance and communications through the CRM
- Company Events
- Coordinate company socials and the annual Christmas party
- Organise the company’s annual away day
- Personal Assistance
- Provide ad‑hoc personal support to the CEO including travel logistics, appointments and occasional personal administration
- Operational Support
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks to support the wider team
- Help maintain systems and ensure smooth day‑to‑day business operations
Candidates must be / have
- Experience supporting senior executives or founders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- A strong communicator with excellent written skills
- Comfortable in social situations, including client event environments
- A warm, personable and approachable character
Experience within financial services, investment or professional services is helpful but not essential.
