This is a fast-paced, highly varied role supporting a high profile Principal across all areas of her professional and personal life.
The position requires someone exceptionally organized, proactive and discreet, who is comfortable managing multiple moving parts across different time zones and can anticipate what is needed before being asked. No two days are the same.
The role spans traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities alongside elements of production, talent management, travel, events, property management and personal support, and wouldsuit someone who genuinely enjoys being an assistant and takes pride in making another person’s life run smoothly. It requires flexibility, resilience and initiative, but it is also an incredibly varied role with exposure to fashion, film, media, production, events and purpose-led work.
The right person will be warm, capable and extremely organised, with excellent judgement and a genuine understanding of the level of discretion required when supporting a high-profile individual.
Hours:-Full time with out of hours support when required

Salary:- £65,000–£85,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Diary & Schedule Management
- Managing a complex and frequently changing international diary across London, New York and Los Angeles.
- Coordinating across multiple agencies, managers, publicists, stylists, brands and production teams.
- Scheduling shoots, fittings, press, interviews, events, meetings, personal appointments and travel.
- Managing last-minute changes calmly and ensuring all relevant parties are kept updated.
- Managing multiple calendars and relaying information to teams where necessary. Travel itineraries, finances and co-ordination of monthly anticipated travel.
Travel
- Managing all UK and international travel from start to finish.
- Booking and coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, drivers and ground transport.
- Preparing detailed travel itineraries with all relevant timings, contacts, confirmations and contingency information.
- Liaising with airlines, hotels, travel agents and VIP services.
- Managing visas, passports and other travel documentation.
- Supporting with last-minute changes, delays and travel issues across different time zones.
Professional & Talent Support
- Acting as a central point of contact between the Principal and her wider professional team.
- Maintaining strong relationships with agents, managers, publicists, brands and production teams.
- Tracking upcoming projects, commitments and key deadlines.
- Coordinating logistics around shoots, campaigns, press appearances and events.
- Ensuring the Principal is fully briefed and prepared ahead of professional commitments.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Production & Project Support
- Supporting the development and production of projects, including podcasts, live events, partnerships and campaigns.
- Coordinating guests, schedules, recording logistics and production requirements.
- Liaising with contributors, partners and production teams.
- Researching appropriate guests, collaborations and partnerships where suitable.
- Assisting with event production and on-the-ground logistics where required.
Non Profit Organization Support:
- Supporting the development and production of Principal’s non-profit projects, including the podcast, liveevents, partnerships and campaigns.
- Coordinating guests, schedules, recording logistics and production requirements.
- Liaising with contributors, partners and production teams.
- Supporting projects from initial idea through to delivery.
- Assisting withevent production and on-the-ground logistics where required.
Events & Appearances
- Coordinating attendance at premieres, fashion events, dinners, launches, speaking engagements and other public appearances.
- Managing invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, travel and timings.
- Liaising with stylists, glam teams, PR teams, brands and event organisers.
- Ensuring all logistics are handled in advance and supporting on the ground where needed.
Personal Support
- Managing personal appointments, reservations and day-to-day logistics.
- Supporting with household and property matters across the UK and internationally.
- Liaising with contractors, building management, insurers and other service providers.
- Coordinating personal purchases, deliveries, returns and gifting.
- Managing ad hoc personal requests and problem-solving as issues arise.
- Supporting family-related logistics where required.
Administration & Finance
- Managing invoices, expenses and receipts.
- Tracking payments and following up where necessary.
- Maintaining organised records and documentation.
- Handling contracts, forms and other administrative paperwork.
- Managing subscriptions, memberships and recurring personal administration.
