Established and highly regarded creative artist management with an impressive and enviable roster of global artists and creators are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager / Day-to-Day Manager to support a small number of the artists. Over the past decade the company has produced ground-breaking and award-winning campaigns with a team that has grown apace. You will work across multiple departments together with and supported by a team of: directors, day-to-day managers, campaign, audience and fan insights managers, a creative production team, business affairs, finance and sync managers. As management, they also collaborate with expert consultants and multiple external partners across the business.

THE ROLE

  • ARTIST CAMPAIGNS
    • Digital Marketing Plans: Together with the wider team and external partners you create, drive, oversee and evaluate digital marketing plans. This includes marketing plans for music releases, CRM and Fan engagement, live shows and global tours, D2C stores, merch drops and promotional events. You oversee the digital advertising plans.
    • Social Media Strategy and Execution: You translate and amplify the artist vision online and across social media channels, build social media plans around releases, live shows, content and merch drops. You drive the social media campaign from the artist management side, strategise and liaise weekly with the social media agencies. You stay up to date on the social media landscape, think outside the box and come up with creative ideas for digital marketing.
    • Content creation: You drive and oversee the process of marketing asset creation in tandem with the artist, managers and production teams. You are the central point of contact between the manager, the artist, the label and the content creation teams.
    • Marketing Budgets: You keep track of costs in pre-approved marketing budgets. You liaise with the manager and accounting teams to ensure invoices are picked up. You collaborate and coordinate with the internal teams, oversee the budgets and negotiate with external partners when needed.
    • Coordination and Communication: You manage the day-to-day relationship with external partners of the campaign (Labels, Distributors, Digital Agencies, Publishers, Live Agents Promoters,...) and align the teams around the artist campaign with a focus on digital. You make sure they are updated regularly throughout the campaign.
    • Press & Promo: You collate requests for internal discussion, drive the promo plan and liaise with the PR agencies.
  • DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT
    • Recording: You plan and coordinate recording sessions for the artist, create and run recording budgets with the manager.
    • Communication: You have daily/weekly communication with the artist about activities and plans and create day sheets when needed.
    • Diary: You plan, run and manage the artist diary and workflow (work related projects only, no PA tasks unless helping out occasionally).
    • Promotion: You coordinate promotional activities for the artist.
    • Coordination: You coordinate meetings, step in for the manager to run meetings when needed.
    • Travel: You travel with the artist when needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A passion for music, digital marketing and an independent ethos.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, great time management skills, collaborative and a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google Drive and any of the following programs to create presentations: Canva, Keynote or Powerpoint.
  • Experience in Photoshop, Capcut, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing programs is a plus.
  • Prior experience (at least 3 years) in a role in a music environment.
