Support controller in scheduling and dispatching jobs to drivers. Attend to drivers’ messages and follow up on documents and system updating. Monitor shipment status and update relevant documents accordingly. Highlight and assist the controller to resolve delays or problems quickly. Update customers and handle basic enquiries. Keep proper records of daily operations. Other related activities and ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 5-days work a week, willing to work overtime when required.
- Willing to work overtime on Saturday.
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
- No experience is welcome. Training will be provided.
