The Events Coordinator will lead on the operational delivery of Student Activities events, including Freshers engagement activities, One Brunel and large society-led events, weekend and coach trips, and end-of-year celebration events such as Team Brunel Ball and Societies Ball. The role is responsible for coordinating a dynamic, inclusive and accessible events programme that enables students to meet new people, feel welcome at Brunel, and develop a strong sense of community and belonging.
Working closely with Union colleagues, student clubs and societies, and external suppliers, the post holder will ensure all events are effectively planned and delivered, with a strong focus on student experience, accessibility, health and safety, and operational excellence.
