What’s the job? The Commercial Services Co‑ordinator (Events and Entertainments) is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse, high‑quality entertainments programme that enhances the student experience while contributing to the Union’s commercial objectives. The postholder will support the smooth operational delivery of live events, club nights and large‑scale activities across the Union’s venues, working closely with commercial, marketing and student‑led teams to maximise attendance, income and engagement. The role ensures all entertainments activities are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard of customer service, reflecting the values, strategic aims and commercial objectives of the Union of Brunel Students. Implement department strategy as directed by the Chief of Operations. To act as Duty Manager as required on a rota basis.

- Generous holiday allowance – 25 days a year plus bank holidays (pro‑rated for part‑time employees). Additional days are usually given at Easter and Christmas in line with the University closure dates (usually about 5 additional days a year).
