Global Head of Talent Acquisition / EMCC Accredited Coach The Commercial Fleet Performance Analyst is a key member of the Fleet Performance Team, responsible for assessing, managing and reporting on commercial risks and opportunities related to vessel performance. Fleet Performance Team The Fleet Performance Team (FPT) is responsible for all aspects of the performance of the fleet, including but not limited to monitoring, reporting, data mapping, and improvement strategies for speed & consumption, vessel emissions, and technical performance. The department is also involved with Management in the collaboration on and delivery of Union Maritime’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, and all that it encompasses. Commercial Fleet Performance Analyst The Commercial Fleet Performance Analyst (CFPA) works closely with Commercial Operations and Chartering to deliver safe, efficient voyages with excellent commercial outcomes. The CFPA reports directly to the Fleet Performance Manager (FPM), but key stakeholders include also the Head of Commercial Operations, Chartering team and Managing Director. Responsibilities (Fleet Performance Sphere): Collaborate closely with Commercial Ops on raising, countering and closing performance claims Collaborate closely with the Technical Fleet Performance Analyst on vessel performance analysis and interventions Liaise with vessel Commercial Operators and Chartering to establish competitive but achievable speed & consumption warranties Maintain accurate Charter Party records across FPT databases Establish and communicate performance risk and mitigation strategies for each Charter Party Support Commercial Operations in identifying and executing on voyage optimisation opportunities Support Commercial Operations in assessing regulatory responsibilities accrued on voyages Liaise with internal departments and third-parties for the development of tools to support the analysis and improve outcomes of commercial fleet performance Regular review of data flows and structures for opportunities to enhance analysis or improve efficiency Develop and deliver regular reports on Commercial Fleet Performance Support in other Fleet Performance Analyst (FPA) duties as required Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Maritime Transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
