The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 € per year.

Under the guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervise the Clubs restaurant, bar, espresso bar and conference and banqueting operations on a shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage team to ensure that members and guests receive the highest standard of service and hospitality within the Clubs Food and Beverage outlets.

The role will also be expected to train new joiners, ensure compliance with the Food and Beverage standard operating procedures and deliver on-the-job and mandatory training as per the Clubs Training Plan. The role will be the first point of contact for day to day operational issues involving members and staff. With the ability to motivate staff, communicate effectively and take control of a situation, the successful candidate must lead by example, and assist, promote and support the continuous development of the Clubs food and beverage operations.

Central location - 2 minute walk from Waterloo and Waterloo East stations. Previous experience in the food and beverage (hotel/restaurant) industry is essential and the ideal candidate will have experience of working as a Senior Food and Beverage Attendant in a 4* or 5* hotel environment or a Food and Beverage Supervisor looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate must also be flexible and able to work any shifts, including early, late, bank holiday and weekend shifts.

The Union Jack Club is a Service Charity located in central London, next to Waterloo Station, providing all the facilities of a modern hotel to serving and former members of the Armed Forces and their families.
