Union Inn in Cowes is seeking a Head Chef / Lead Cook to take full ownership of our Classic British Pub Kitchen. We want an experienced, down-to-earth cook who loves pub culture and can run a kitchen without corporate micromanagement; we offer flexible hours and both full-time and part-time permanent roles.
You will cook the Classics, run Sunday roasts, input daily specials, manage ordering and stock, and uphold HACCP standards.
