We are looking for a new Events & Marketing Manager to join the Communications & Marketing team in the UK. In this role, the individual will:
- Contribute to & implement UK marketing and events strategy to establish a distinctive trusted brand.
- Leverage communication and engagement channels with clients, prospects and professional introducers to increase qualified referrals.
- Define content and marketing collateral for clients, prospects and business introducers to strengthen brand visibility.
- Plan and organise events for clients, prospects and professional introducers.
- Define event ROI tracking and follow up process.
- Generate marketing-led opportunities through co-creation of content and events with external partners.
- Support AM in marketing initiatives and events.
Responsible for:
- Implementing UK marketing and business development strategy across digital and traditional channels aligned to business objectives and brand positioning.
- Leading audience segmentation and value proposition development for clients, prospects, and professional introducers.
- Establishing a robust measurement framework with monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Creating marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers, factsheets, pitch decks) with clear value propositions.
- Planning and executing integrated campaigns and measuring content performance.
- Partnering with front office to qualify leads, lead routing, and SLAs; building lead-nurture workflows.
- Overseeing website optimisation (UX, SEO, conversion rate optimisation), landing pages, and marketing automation journeys.
- Establishing and managing communication and engagement programs for clients, prospects, and introducers (e.g., tailored newsletters, updates, co-marketing).
- Setting up feedback loops and engagement forums with introducers to identify content needs and joint opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting on introducer pipeline influence, referral volumes, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
- Helping build the annual events calendar with formats, themes, budgets, and target KPIs (registrations, attendance rate, pipeline influence).
- Developing post-event follow-up and measuring impact on pipeline.
- Defining and tracking KPIs across brand, engagement, acquisition, and revenue influence.
Core competencies:
- Solid Investment / background - Minimum of 5-10 years' relevant experience in WM/ AM.
- Ability to engage with Senior executives, manage expectations, provide guidance.
- Long experience with media relations – minimum of 5 years in dealing with media requests and existing network of journalists in the UK.
- Proactively promote relevant content in selected media.
- Be result driven and ability to develop impactful initiatives and develop KPIs.
- Project management – The ability to articulate complex projects with different stakeholders; good experience to lead the planning, development, and execution of specific projects.
- Content editing and copywriting – Excellent written communications skills; experience to write, rewrite or edit complex/investment communications with a strong command of English.
- Teamwork and Inclusion – Collaborates with other team members and contributes productively to the team's work and output.
- Flexible, dedicated, respectful, team-player.
- Work under pressure – Ability to juggle many projects and meet deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
