Internship Details

• Role: HR Intern (HR Administration)




• Duration: 3 months




• Start Date: September




• Location: London office - 4/ 5 days per week in the office




• Schedule: Full-time internship (details can be tailored to university requirements if applicable)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the HR team, supporting day-to-day operations and HR processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate candidate interviews and liaise with hiring managers




• HR Folder Organisation: Maintain and structure HR files and documentation




• Systems Administration: Assist with updates and data accuracy in HR systems




• Right to Work Checks: Help conduct and record compliance checks in line with policy

This is an opportunity to build foundational experience in HR operations.
