Internship Details
- Role: HR Intern (HR Administration)
- Duration: 3 months
- Start Date: September
- Location: London office - 4/ 5 days per week in the office
- Schedule: Full-time internship (details can be tailored to university requirements if applicable)
What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of the HR team, supporting day-to-day operations and HR processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate candidate interviews and liaise with hiring managers
- HR Folder Organisation: Maintain and structure HR files and documentation
- Systems Administration: Assist with updates and data accuracy in HR systems
- Right to Work Checks: Help conduct and record compliance checks in line with policy
This is an opportunity to build foundational experience in HR operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Skills: Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management
- Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Tools: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
- Mindset: Proactive, reliable, discreet with confidential information, eager to learn
- Eligibility: Able to work in the UK; availability from September for 3 months
