Unio Search have partnered with an established high growth CRO who are looking for an experienced scientific leader to head up their Immunoassay bioanalysis team in the UK.
This is a senior leadership opportunity combining scientific expertise with people leadership, operational responsibility and commercial accountability. Its a great opportunity for an experienced bioanalytical leader looking to take ownership of a key scientific function and help shape its future growth.
What you'll need to have in order to apply:
- Strong scientific expertise within Immunoassay Bioanalysis
- Experience leading and developing high-performing scientific teams
- Strong understanding of GLP and GCP regulatory environments
- Experience managing operational delivery, resources and capacity
- Commercial acumen with responsibility for financial, profitability and KPI targets
- Experience supporting client relationships and working closely with Business Development
