This is an opportunity to join our office in London, near Royal Albert. As a Web Marketing Consultant you will be responsible for managing and developing accounts, delivering great multi-channel campaigns and insights, and maintaining client relationships.
THE ROLE
- Day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns and strategies
- Managing and advising on search engine optimisation and paid search campaigns
- Conceiving and implementing social campaigns
- Understanding marketing channels and implementing content marketing campaigns
- Client liaison as digital marketing specialist
- Authoring strategy documents
- Managing multiple SEO and content marketing workstreams
- Onsite conversion optimisation
- Understanding of how to use GA and GTM to measure and analyse funnels, conversion rates, MVT and AB testing
- Manage and implement email marketing campaigns
- Manage internal and external relationships
- Be a subject matter expert in the Digital Marketing field by staying abreast of the latest techniques and industry developments
- Create client reports that monitor progress against KPIs and include insights and recommendations
- Attend and lead client meetings nationally
- Managing delivery of work produced by the fulfilment team
- Daily client management including meetings, email and phone contact
- Creation of briefs for creative and paid media teams
THE CANDIDATE
- You should be a skilled all rounder in digital marketing with the ability to manage client relationships as well as fulfilment.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital, in particular SEO, web analytics, content marketing and social
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Strategically minded with the ability to pull insights and provide recommendations
- Highly organised and process driven
- Strong listening and questioning skills with the ability to get to know and understand new people, businesses, products and markets
- Ability to use analytic packages to conduct research and present findings coherently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to show initiative
