Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursery room and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with Birth to 5 Matters and the EYFS.
- Inspire and guide the team to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
- Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality to ensure a secure environment for all.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Passion and expertise: A deep understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters, and the EYFS curriculum.
- Lead by example: Ability to motivate and support your team.
- Qualifications: A Level 2 qualification in Childcare and either actively working towards a Level 3 or already holding a Level 3 qualification.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to engage with children, parents, and your team, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Commitment to safety: Strong focus on safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality.
