Job Purpose:
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Applications & Insights team within the Revenue Operations function. This role will be the backbone of reporting and data flows for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
You’ll own our BI platform (Tableau), design data models that bring together information from our GTM applications (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Planhat, and others) and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our reporting environment. While your primary focus will be Tableau, you’ll also apply your technical skills to manage integrations, troubleshoot API-based connections, and support configuration in GTM platforms when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tableau Ownership: Administer and maintain Tableau dashboards, data sources, and permissions; ensure performance and adoption across the business.
- Data Modelling: Build intuitive, scalable models that support GTM reporting needs (pipeline, campaign performance, customer health, retention).
- Integrations & Data Access: Establish and maintain secure, reliable connections from GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Planhat, etc.) into Tableau and/or the central data environment.
- Data Quality & Governance: Monitor and resolve data integrity issues; establish best practices for clean, trusted data across all GTM systems.
- Metrics Design: Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business goals into measurable, well-defined metrics and KPIs.
- Business Enablement: Provide documentation, data dictionaries, and training to improve self-service analytics and adoption.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Tableau (development, administration, optimization).
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and entity relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other GTM platforms (HubSpot, Gong, Planhat) and their data models.
- Comfort with data integration concepts (authentication, pagination, retries, JSON parsing).
- Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skills, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success contexts.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language and build trust in the data.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to data integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Stitch) or light ETL/ELT experience.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, dbt).
- Awareness of data governance and version control practices (e.g., Git).
Why Join Us
- Be the Tableau and BI expert powering data-driven decision-making across our GTM teams.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the data foundation of our Revenue Operations function.
- Work closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on high-impact projects.
- Grow your career at the intersection of BI, RevOps, and GTM applications.
