Job Purpose
As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Finance Data & Systems Analyst to join our finance team. This role will focus on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our financial data and processes. You will play a key role in reporting, data analysis, and systems improvements which enhance decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for someone who is beginning their career in finance β or part/recently qualified β who wants to help shape a data-driven finance function and be exposed to a broad range of financial and commercial areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize financial data within NetSuite and other linked systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and deliver insightful financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Support with data analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Help embed automation and AI across the function.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data management.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in NetSuite or other similar platforms (desired).
- Experience in (or an interest in) integrating software-based tools within a finance environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with finance and non-finance teams.
