Join our growing company! Based in Christchurch, NZ, we are seeking an experienced Residential Life Coordinator to join our team at UniLodge Tupuārangi. You will be responsible for facilitating the residential life programme to ensure an excellent resident experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Full Time position, 40hrs per week across a Tuesday - Saturday roster between 2pm to 10:30pm
  • Support the implementation and delivery of the residential life programme, which includes events and initiatives to support wellbeing and engagement
  • Assist with the arrival, orientation and departure process
  • Assist with student behaviour and care
  • Contribute to the development of a positive/supportive culture within UniLodge Living Group
  • Be part of a wider residential experience team within UniLodge Canterbury
  • Support operational tasks within the hall of residence
  • Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in event management and youth engagement
  • Evidence of tertiary studies that have provided the experience to fully understand the complexities of University life
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to research and develop evidence based programs and policies
  • Police Vetting (required)
