We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand existing customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative B2B sales, understands complex software solutions, and enjoys working with senior stakeholders across public and private sector organisations.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close—while working closely with product, delivery, and marketing teams.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Unilink’s software portfolio
  • Conduct needs analysis and present tailored software solutions to customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and commercial responses (including public sector bids where applicable)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates

Proven experience in B2B software sales to government, strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and experience managing long or complex sales cycles are essential. Familiarity with G-Cloud, Crown Commercial Service, and CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) is also required. Understanding of software delivery models and implementation processes is important.
