We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Consultant to join our team. Operating in a specialist sector with long sales cycles, this role demands both a hunter's mindset and a farmer's persistence—someone who can win new business and nurture strategic relationships. You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions, and converting prospects into clients. Your focus will be on driving net new revenue—whether through breaking into new accounts or expanding existing ones—while helping shape our growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across targeted verticals.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, ideally within the public sector, justice, or institutional markets.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex sales cycles.
- A genuine interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation—ideally with hands-on use in your current role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
