Unilin is actively seeking a pro‑active and dedicated Raw Materials Operator for our technical department. The role is responsible for manufacturing and quality assurance of Uniblend 8020, as well as the safe handling of bulk chemical raw materials and related laboratory activities. The selected candidate will work a day shift supporting two teams on Monday – Friday, and promote Unilin’s core values of passion, entrepreneurship, excellence and respect.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture Uniblend 8020 and ensure it meets all required quality specifications.
  • Unload, load, and manage bulk chemical raw materials, including tankers, IBCs, and coils.
  • Perform final product quality testing and record results in the system.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels in SAP on a weekly basis and at month‑end.
  • Calibrate pumps, lab equipment and record calibration data.
  • Assist in lab TPM activities such as filter cleaning and pump‑room checks.
  • Support production line with laboratory‑related tasks, including blending MDI and managing chemical IBCs.
  • Coordinate with external hauliers to arrange delivery schedules.
  • Keep the lab, pump room, tank farm and coil storage areas clean and organised.
  • Adapt work schedule flexibly to meet production deadlines.
  • Perform any additional tasks required by management.
