As Area Sales Manager, you will be the face of our brand in London. You will represent the Mohawk Group and focus on promoting our high-quality Carpet Tiles. You'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with commercial clients. You will leverage your network within the A&D (Architects & Designers) and D&B (Design & Build) communities to drive specification sales and grow our market presence. It will also include fit-out companies, flooring contractors, and regional distributors.
Your responsibilities include:
- Drive sales growth within London by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the project and construction sectors.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM tools.
