The Area Brand Merchandiser role combines brand development, customer engagement, training and hands-on merchandising execution across the assigned territory. The role is responsible for attracting and developing new customers, maintaining strong existing relationships and ensuring Unilin brands are consistently represented in store to the highest standards.
Key Skills
- Complete merchandising updates across the Unilin display portfolio.
- Install, move, maintain and refresh display units in line with brand standards.
- Distribute samples, brochures and point of sale materials.
- Maintain a professional presence in store and uphold Unilin brand image.
Brand Management
- Promote and develop Unilin brands, ensuring strong brand positioning within retail partners.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Act as the link between Unilin and retailers.
Training
- Deliver structured training to retailers and National Accounts.
- Support promotions and events at Wholesale and retail locations.
- Support exhibitions and trade shows.
- Plan and manage a weekly schedule of customer visits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and administration.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments.
- Manage expenses, fuel logs and company credit card reporting.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of the retail environment.
- Confident communicator with presentation and training experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Flexible to travel to our warehouse in Liverpool for meetings and due to the geography of the territory, there will be overnight stays.
- Full UK driving licence.
