We are looking for a skilled Machine Operative to join our team. The focus of this role is to complete all Machine Operative tasks to a high standard, constantly challenging the status quo and promoting the company’s core values of openness, integrity, adaptability, customer focus and team approach.
Position: Permanent. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.

Key Tasks and Duties
- Work within the ethos and standards of the company
- Work in all areas of the factory
- Complete training on all functions of MO1 Grade 1
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in all areas
- Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of all products
- Ensure waste is discarded in an appropriate manner
- Follow work instructions in all areas
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations and ensure the health and safety of fellow employees
- Record accurate and up‑to‑date data
- Participate actively within the team to ensure and maintain high standards
- Ensure targets are achieved
- Accurately set up any machine to ensure start‑up is completed on time
- Communicate with shift coordinators, leaders and team about any issues in the designated area
- Work and communicate with other team members to ensure transfer of information related to your role
- Ensure quality guidelines are followed for all areas
- Undertake flexible working hours to meet deadlines
- Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management
