We are looking for a skilled Machine Operative to join our team. The focus of this role is to complete all Machine Operative tasks to a high standard, constantly challenging the status quo and promoting the company’s core values of openness, integrity, adaptability, customer focus and team approach.

Position: Permanent. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.

Key Tasks and Duties

  • Work within the ethos and standards of the company
  • Work in all areas of the factory
  • Complete training on all functions of MO1 Grade 1
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards in all areas
  • Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of all products
  • Ensure waste is discarded in an appropriate manner
  • Follow work instructions in all areas
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and ensure the health and safety of fellow employees
  • Record accurate and up‑to‑date data
  • Participate actively within the team to ensure and maintain high standards
  • Ensure targets are achieved
  • Accurately set up any machine to ensure start‑up is completed on time
  • Communicate with shift coordinators, leaders and team about any issues in the designated area
  • Work and communicate with other team members to ensure transfer of information related to your role
  • Ensure quality guidelines are followed for all areas
  • Undertake flexible working hours to meet deadlines
  • Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management
