For our division Unilin Flooring, we are looking for an Area Brand Merchandiser. In this role, you combine brand development, customer engagement, training and hands‑on merchandising execution. You strengthen our presence across the entire Scotland region. You play a key role in attracting and developing new customers, maintaining strong existing relationships and ensuring our Unilin brands are consistently represented at the highest standard in‑store.

What does the role entail exactly?

  • You execute and maintain merchandising updates across the Unilin display portfolio.
  • You install, move, refresh and optimise display units in line with brand guidelines.
  • You distribute samples, brochures and point-of-sale materials to support sales activities.
  • You ensure a professional in‑store presence and safeguard the Unilin brand image.
  • You actively promote and develop Unilin brands within your customer portfolio.
  • You identify and develop new business opportunities, while strengthening existing relationships.
  • You deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • You act as the key link between Unilin and retail partners.
  • You provide structured product training to retailers and national accounts.
  • You support promotions, events, exhibitions and trade shows.
  • You plan and manage your weekly customer visits efficiently.
  • You keep CRM data and administrative follow‑up accurate and up to date.
  • You collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer support.
  • You manage expenses, fuel logs and company credit card reporting.

Who are you?

  • You are familiar with CRM systems and have solid IT skills.
  • You are flexible to travel to our warehouse in Liverpool for meetings and willing to travel within your region, including overnight stays, due to the geography of the territory.
  • You are based in or near Glasgow or Edinburgh due to the geography of the territory.
  • You hold a valid UK driving licence.
