The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, people-focused leader to join the Unilife family as a Property Manager at Sparkford House in Winchester. You will take full ownership of a Unilife property, leading from the front to create an exceptional living environment where students feel supported, valued and proud to call home. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about delivering a premium, service-led experience while maintaining outstanding operational standards.
The Role
As Property Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the building, combining leadership, operational excellence, community engagement and commercial awareness to deliver the Ultimate Student Living Experience.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring your on-site team to deliver exceptional service and uphold Unilife standards.
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive student community.
- Planning and delivering an engaging student events programme that enhances the resident experience.
- Acting as the main point of contact for students, ensuring issues are handled quickly, professionally and with care.
- Overseeing arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all residents.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the property, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and maintenance.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health.
