About the Role
We are looking for an experienced crafter to join our new fully integrated E2E brand team which covers both brand & mix design as well as in-market execution (BG-BU integrated team).
The Brand & Mix Design Lead will be responsible for driving the innovation programme for the brand globally, crafting desirable mixes and flawlessly executing them in the UK market.
The role reports into the Demand-Creation Lead for B&W UK/EU who also acts as the Global Brand Lead for Simple. It is a unique r ole that’s perfect for a senior marketer who is looking to demonstrate their development and deployment skills with connections to both the B&W BG CMO & BU GM. The role will directly manage a team of two and be closely connected with the full Simple x-functional / agency team as well as the local execution team in the UK.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design & mix development of all Simple innovations , w ork ing with x-functional teams (CSP, CBD, R&D, SC, CMI) to deliver disruptive and desirable mixes with maximum impact.

Deliver social 1st, in-culture engagement strategies / campaigns for NPD innovations .

Own the development of brand guidelines together with the Engagement Lead, including Brandverse , Brand Book, Worldbuilding.

Define the destination portfolio and technology roadmap to unlock future growth.

Lead the flawless execution of premium innovation in-market, s etting & delivering stretching ambitions for the brand in UKI through IBP.

Be the digital pioneer, pushing forward digital and e-commerce execution, working closely with the Demand Creation, Digital/ Media and external agency partners to deliver seamless consumer experiences.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience

Innovation Crafting : Proven track record in designing innovation strategies and mixes.

Innovation Deployment: Proven experience in deploying market-leading innovation.

Beauty Expertise: Extensive experience in the beauty industry, or a related sector (e.g., fashion, luxury, lifestyle).

Integrated Marketing Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across multiple channels, including digital, social, experiential, and traditional media.

Agency Management: Proven ability to effectively manage and collaborate with external agencies, including creative, media, and digital agencies.
