What is the job?

Working under the guidance of a dedicated line manager, you will gain the technical knowledge and skills you need to succeed through a combination of real, practical experience and formal training. What could your day‑to‑day role look like?
On our Digital Marketing programme, you will define, design and build campaigns across a variety of online tools and social media platforms. A Digital Marketing apprentice will usually work as part of a team where they will be responsible for some of the elements of a marketing plan or campaign.
What support will you receive during your apprenticeship?
Your line manager will develop an induction plan to ensure you’re equipped with the foundations to get started. They’ll provide an environment in which you can thrive and will provide ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship. They will carefully construct bespoke goals for you to work towards. You can expect regular one‑to‑one meetings with your line manager where you’ll receive coaching and guidance. You’ll have the opportunity to build a vast network of stakeholders from across the business who you’ll be able to learn from and will encourage you on your apprenticeship journey. We offer a multitude of leading learning and development opportunities covering a huge array of topics delivered via in‑person training courses and online portals.
Duration: 1 year and 6 months
Requirements: Have or are predicted a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths at grade 4 or above.
Locations: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days required weekly at our Kingston or London Blackfriars office.
