What could your day-to-day role look like?

The purpose of this role is to help make sure a project is delivered successfully, achieving the goals and benefits it was designed for. This involves planning what needs to happen, organising resources, creating schedules and keeping track of progress. You’ll monitor key objectives and milestones, adjusting plans when things change to keep the project on track.

As an Associate Project Manager apprentice, you’ll develop strong planning, organisation, leadership and communication skills. These skills will help you support the smooth delivery of different projects, making sure tasks are completed in the right order and at the right time so the project runs effectively from start to finish.

What support will you receive during your apprenticeship?

Your line manager will develop an induction plan to ensure you’re equipped with the foundations to get started. They’ll provide an environment in which you can thrive and will provide ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship. They will carefully construct bespoke goals for you to work towards. You can expect regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager where you’ll receive coaching and guidance.

• You’ll have the opportunity to build a vast network of stakeholders from across the business who you’ll be able to learn from and will encourage you on your apprenticeship journey.

• Requirements: Have or are predicted 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths at grade 4 or above. Have or are predicted a minimum of one A-level or equivalent.
• Locations Available: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days required weekly at our Kingston or London Blackfriars office.
