Home Care Business Group is a €12 billion business. The BG is on a strategic journey to drive a clean future by disrupting and transforming the cleaning industry from being highly chemical-dependent to greener and more sustainable cleaning, through innovation and premiumisation. In parallel, the Business Group priority is to step up profitability through net productivity (SC/BMI/Overheads), network transformation, concentration and premiumisation, together with selective portfolio rationalisation. The Global Home Care Finance team partners with our global cross-functional business teams and local finance teams to set and implement strategy, drive performance and ensure value generation across the almost 100 markets in which we operate. RESPONSIBILITIES

Based in London (100VE) and reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role of Finance Analyst is to help develop and drive the financial strategy, business performance and innovation performance of multiple Home Care areas. It offers an opportunity to work as part of a cross-functional team within the Home Care Division, which would cover the following areas:

  • Development and continuous improvement of an effective performance framework to track key KPIs with BUs and global business partners.
  • Monthly performance analysis for both actuals and forecast to extract insights, identify hot spots and drive corrective actions.
  • Support the monthly/quarterly reporting and planning cadence, including FC reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Preparation and/or analysis of business cases for strategic projects in the BG.
  • Support the long-term strategic planning and target-setting processes for BUs.

Qualifications / Experience
