JOB PURPOSE
As the Associate Integrated Marketing Manager - EUR/ANZ, you will have the responsibility of supporting and coordinating our consumer marketing campaigns and activities across our Key Markets in Europe. You will be managing and coordinating the development and execution of Integrated Marketing campaigns across our primary consumer touchpoints including advertising, digital content, paid media, events/experiential, and partnerships. You'll partner with the Innovation, Communications, Digital, Retail, CBLs, CMI, Customer Development and CS&P, and Social Mission to ensure campaigns are integrated across all channels. Moreover, you will assist the EUR/ANZ Integrated Marketing Manager in the development and execution of brand-led activism campaigns. In this role, you will lead a fan-centric, culture obsessed, and values driven, integrated marketing team focused on building brand love, cultural relevance, and memorable strategies and tactics to drive short term sales, social impact, and long-term equity for Ben & Jerry's.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the EUR/ANZ Integrated Marketing Manager in European Integrated Campaign development and execution
- Creative Development Project Management: Develop production timelines and lead coordination of different creative asset production streams
- Creative Development Production: Co-ordinate development of production of assets working with the creative team for OTIF delivery against country media plans.
- Creative Localization Process: outline how the localization process is going to work and communicate process to the markets.
- Creative asset delivery: support campaign delivery manager by overseeing the successful delivery of media plan assets from creative briefing through to adaptation, translation and versioning requirements for all European markets.
- Coordinate and support advertising projects and assist where appropriate in regional campaigns, include campaign development and asset development and production.
- Work with Global Head of Integrated Marketing to develop global communications and advertising platforms and campaigns that deliver on global "rest of world" campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate assigned projects related to global communications and advertising development including budgets, timelines, stakeholder management and feedback.
- Work with regional marketing leads to ensure consistent and effective communications, meetings, and workflow.
- Manage and coordinate the production of global advertising assets, including but not limited to: Video, Social, Print, OOH, Digital, Audio.
- In partnership with the Global Head of Integrated Marketing, develop best-in-class communications briefs to ensure our creative and production partners are clear on business objectives, key communications points, insights, and properly inspired.
- In partnership with the Global Head of Integrated Marketing, develop communications plans that account for JTBD, audience development, key channels, and phases of communication.
- Support in global creative agency management and in development and management of ecosystem of creative and production partners/vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant years in marketing role with demonstrated success of managing development of Integrated campaigns.
- Relevant years experience planning, managing, and executing marketing communications including advertising.
- Relevant years in digital marketing role with demonstrated success creative marketing asset management.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience in digital and social media platforms and technology.
- Demonstrated understanding of company mission, goals and objectives.
- Excellent project management skills and initiative are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and appreciation for agile working styles to meet evolving needs
- Must be flexible in high stress situations and be able to effectively troubleshoot.
- Experience working in values-led organizations preferred
- Must be able to work independently, to accomplish multiple tasks with limited direct supervision.
- Solid knowledge of computer software systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment. Travel expected for this position is approximately 20% of the time, but varies seasonally.
