Unilever has built a dedicated division within its Beauty & Personal Care sector – Unilever Prestige – focusing on premium, luxury skincare and haircare brands in a fast-growing market segment. Our mission is to elevate the presence of our prestige portfolio and deliver exceptional creative that resonates with our customers across multiple touchpoints.

The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and highly creative Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house UK Hub team. This role will work across four leading prestige brands, collaborating closely with the Senior Designer and wider teams to act as a brand guardian across print and digital channels.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, delivering high-impact, on-brand assets that drive engagement and elevate brand storytelling. You’ll combine creativity with strong organisation to meet deadlines and maintain the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets across DTC and CRM channels including PDPs, banners, emails, and social media.
  • Create campaign materials for retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel activations.
  • Edit video content and produce basic typography and motion graphics.
  • Update and create visual merchandising for retailers, including planograms, POS, FSDUs, and pop-up displays.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Designer and wider team to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions that enhance customer engagement and brand presence.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house, ideally within beauty, wellness, haircare or lifestyle industries).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and print design best practices.
  • Experience in CRM design, web platforms, paid digital campaigns, and social-first creative.
  • Ability to create POS collateral, packaging, and event design.
  • Knowledge of motion design and video editing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and push creativity forward.
