Overview of role: As the CRM Specialist for our E-Commerce Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention and loyalty initiatives for Murad. You will be responsible for developing and implementing activations to maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value through effective CRM practices. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions, you will contribute to the growth and success of our brand in the competitive skincare market.
Main Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals and marketing strategies. Support the execution of the overall DTC strategy and trading calendar, including merchandising the website (i.e., setting up landing pages, product pages, promotions).
- Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Analyse customer data to identify key segments and tailor retention strategies for each segment. Implement targeted campaigns to re-engage and retain specific customer groups.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute impactful email marketing campaigns focused on customer retention. Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize email strategies.
- Personalization and Customer Experience: Implement personalization strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Work closely with the E-Commerce Team to ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey across digital platforms.
- Loyalty Programs: Design and manage customer loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and customer advocacy. Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements for ongoing optimization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business strategies. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of CRM goals and outcomes.
Profile Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in CRM management, with a focus on customer retention, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
