As a Digital Supply Chain Business Partner, you will act as the common bridge between the technical product team and the business-facing BG BU teams. Your primary responsibility will be to drive with speed and focus, the digital factory agenda by leveraging digital tools and technologies to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with technical product teams to understand digital solutions and their applications in the supply chain.
  • Work closely with business-facing BG BU teams to identify supply chain challenges and opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to streamline supply chain operations and improve overall performance.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to business teams on the use of digital tools and technologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital supply chain management and incorporate best practices into the organization.

ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain/manufacturing or Processing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing or Processing, with a focus on digital transformation and technology integration.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies used in supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in factory roles, especially in manufacturing, or processing.
