Salary and Earnings: £31,881.00 per annum with On Target Earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of drainage maintenance including CCTV surveys and digs.
  • Digs to fault find leaks.
  • All aspects of groundwork duties.
  • Removing, relaying and laying new flag work.
  • Identify and rectify defects in groundwork.
  • Remove, prepare and lay new concrete paths and ramps.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths & English.
  • Served a recognised apprenticeship appropriate trade qualification.
  • Experienced and competent in all aspects of drainage engineer and ground worker discipline and own a full set of appropriate tools.
  • Ideally hold a WJA qualification to enable safe use/supervision of high-pressure water jetting equipment for cleaning purposes.
  • Experience working within a social housing environment (Desirable).
