Responsibilities:
- All aspects of drainage maintenance including CCTV surveys and digs.
- Digs to fault find leaks.
- All aspects of groundwork duties.
- Removing, relaying and laying new flag work.
- Identify and rectify defects in groundwork.
- Remove, prepare and lay new concrete paths and ramps.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths & English.
- Served a recognised apprenticeship appropriate trade qualification.
- Experienced and competent in all aspects of drainage engineer and ground worker discipline and own a full set of appropriate tools.
- Ideally hold a WJA qualification to enable safe use/supervision of high-pressure water jetting equipment for cleaning purposes.
- Experience working within a social housing environment (Desirable).
