After back-to-back years of growth, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Social Media Manager to take the socials and continued growth of the brand to the next level.

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. This role focuses on planning, executing, and analysing social media strategies, with a strong emphasis on trend monitoring, audience engagement, and collaboration with content creators. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, with a keen eye on industry trends and a passion for driving brand growth through innovative content. In this role you will need strong strategic planning skills and the ability to analyse and track performance of all social posts. We are a brand that values our community above- so we would love to see that continue to grow and capture as many people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and resonates with our audience.
  • Plan and schedule content across all platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the content creation team to conceptualise and produce innovative and trend-focused material.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, social media trends, and audience engagement.
  • Use analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, adjusting strategies to optimise results.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc), ensuring timely and engaging responses to comments and DM’s.
