We create start-up brands by young artists and collaborate with brands across multiple industries, with a mission to be a one-stop location for independent clothing. After back-to-back years of growth, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Social Media Manager to take the socials and continued growth of the brand to the next level.

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. This role focuses on planning, executing, and analysing social media strategies, with a strong emphasis on trend monitoring, audience engagement, and collaboration with content creators. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, with a keen eye on industry trends and a passion for driving brand growth through innovative content. In this role you will need strong strategic planning skills and the ability to analyse and track performance of all social posts. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and resonates with our audience.
  • Plan and schedule content across all platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the content creation team to conceptualise and produce innovative and trend-focused material.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, social media trends, and audience engagement.
  • Use analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, adjusting strategies to optimise results.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc), ensuring timely and engaging responses to comments and DMs.
  • Foster & build relationships with the online community, influencers, and brand advocates to enhance brand loyalty and visibility.
  • Actively seek opportunities for collaborations and partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of fashion and social media trends, incorporating relevant insights into content strategies.
  • Experiment with new content formats and platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, coordinating collaborations and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage the influencer database, tracking campaign outcomes and leveraging user-generated content for broader marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with product launches and promotions.
  • Oversee the alignment of social media content with e-commerce goals, including product tagging and promotional activities.
What you will need
  • Very strong social media management experience, who has worked within eCommerce or other similar retailers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Strong proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a deep understanding of the fashion landscape.
