We are looking for an experienced individual with an energy for delivering a fantastic customer experience to join our Manchester-based team. This is a great role for someone who can enhance customer support, sales and customer retention through their knowledge and skills. UN:IK is a fast-growing fashion brand and we want someone who can match our energy, passion and culture as an independent. THE ROLE Delivering personable and creative customer service via email and social media messages. Managing operational processes, such as customer returns. Investigating logistical cases with couriers. Producing and analysing customer service reports. Increasing customer retention by enhancing every stage of the customer journey. Driving their own ideas to improve the overall customer journey. Working within a small and fun CS team. Supporting in e-commerce logistics and growth. Increasing customer retention. THE PERSON 1-2 years customer service experience at least in fashion / retail / e-commerce. Excellent written skills and ability to convey tone of voice to create memorable and exceptional customer experiences. Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks in a given period. Fantastic at working as part of a small team to complete tasks efficiently. Willingness to learn, progress & inject into a very fast growing business. Self-motivated to actively find solutions and improve processes. Keen interest in independent fashion and streetwear. Dynamic personality to fit into a close team and independent environment. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1-2 years customer service experience at least in fashion / retail / e-commerce. Experience using Gorgias or similar customer service software preferable. Previous knowledge or understanding of the operational and logistical aspects of customer service. Knowledge and use of Shopify preferable.
