- A solid grasp of the B2B sales funnel and how marketing drives prospects from awareness through to conversion.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping quality.
- A natural collaborator, comfortable working closely with sales/business development, fellow marketers and wider B2C and digital teams.
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
