A hands-on Senior CRM Marketing Manager will own Salesforce Marketing Cloud, drive lifecycle programmes, and establish in-app and push notifications as core channels during the app rollout.
You will lead a small team, focus on demand, conversion and retention, and report to the Head of Marketing while ensuring GDPR compliance and data-driven results
