UniHomes is hiring a Salesforce Implementation Specialist to own the design integrity of our Salesforce platform as we scale into a heavier Agentforce and AI-led operating model. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will be the senior technical voice on the team – setting the architecture, designing integrations, governing releases and mentoring our Salesforce Administrators. This is not a hand‑coding role; the team uses configuration and cursor‑assisted development for build, and we need your judgement on what gets built, how, and why.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce – from data model to security model to integration topology.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and the rest of our stack (finance, marketing, product, data platform).
  • Govern releases: own the release process, branching strategy, code review and deployment pipeline.
  • Review and quality‑assure cursor‑assisted development output before it reaches production.
  • Mentor our Salesforce Administrators, raising the bar on declarative build standards.
  • Partner with others on agent design, governance and the underlying Salesforce footprint that supports them.
  • Be the senior technical face of CRM to the wider business – engineering, product, data and security.
Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience as a hands‑on Salesforce developer earlier in your career – Apex, Lightning Web Components and integration work – followed by progression into architecture.
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications (or actively working towards them).
  • Deep working knowledge of data modelling, sharing and security models, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, platform events, middleware).
  • Experience leading release governance and review of work produced by others, including by AI‑assisted tooling.
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable translating between business stakeholders, administrators and engineers.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑moving, SME environment where pragmatism beats perfection.
Desirable
  • Experience with Agentforce, Einstein and the broader Salesforce AI stack.
  • Background in marketplaces, lettings, utilities or consumer‑facing platforms.
  • Exposure to AWS and modern data platforms.
Benefits
  • Complimentary breakfast, hot & cold drinks, snacks
  • Pool table
  • Holidays and length of service days
  • Voluntary day off
  • Enhanced pension scheme and pension salary sacrifice scheme
  • Healthcare scheme and Employee Assistant Programme
  • Sick pay
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity pay
  • Career progression and professional development commitment
  • Employee awards and refer‑a‑friend scheme
  • Staff discounts and mental health & financial support
  • Company social events

How to prepare for a job interview at UniHomes

Brush Up on Your Technical Skills

For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach

IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.

Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions

When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
