UniHomes is hiring a Lead Salesforce Implementation Specialist with Agentforce capability end-to-end as Sales Cloud transitions from a system of record to an agentic platform. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will lead the Agentforce function at UniHomes – owning design, build, governance, observability and adoption across Sales and Service, and growing a small team around you as the work scales. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Salesforce Implementation Specialist and our AI Product Manager to make sure Agentforce and our broader AI stack pull in the same direction. Above all, you are a change agent. You are energised by the pace of change in this space, you want to be at the front of it rather than catching up to it, and you want to make a real difference to how UniHomes sells, serves and grows. You bring others with you – colleagues, stakeholders, and the wider business – so that Agentforce lands as a step‑change in how we work, not just another platform rollout. UniHomes is positive about AI and what it can do for our colleagues, our customers and our business – and we want someone who shares that outlook. You bring a can‑do attitude to it: curious, confident and quick to find the opportunity rather than the objection. We trust this role to champion AI inside the organisation and to use it responsibly wherever it makes us faster, sharper or better at what we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Agentforce roadmap – what we build, in what order, and how it integrates with the rest of our Salesforce footprint and our AI stack.
  • Lead the design and build of Agentforce agents (Sales, Service, lead generation, qualification, nurturing) using Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine and Data Cloud.
  • Own agent governance: trust layer configuration, audit, evaluation and the policies that keep our agents safe to put in front of customers.
  • Stand up agent observability so we know how agents are performing in production and can iterate quickly.
  • Drive adoption across Sales and Service teams – training, change management and feedback loops.
  • Build and lead a small Agentforce team as the function scales – setting direction, raising the bar on craft, and developing the people in it.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Architect on the underlying platform footprint and with the AI Product Manager on cross‑business opportunity discovery.
  • Be the accountable owner of Agentforce inside UniHomes – the senior face to stakeholders, to leadership and to Salesforce themselves.

Skills And Experience

  • Proven hands‑on experience designing, building and shipping Agentforce or comparable Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Copilot Studio, similar).
  • Strong Salesforce administration foundations; Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred, Agentforce Specialist or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, Lightning) and AI tooling (prompt design, RAG, evaluation).
  • Comfortable owning a workstream end‑to‑end – design, build, governance, adoption and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable leading a workstream, growing a team and influencing peers and senior leaders alike.
  • Track record as a senior IC stepping into leadership, or prior experience leading a small technical team.
  • Pragmatic, outcome‑driven and comfortable in an SME pace of decision making.
  • Genuinely positive about AI and what it can do for colleagues, customers and the business – a can‑do mindset, with the confidence to champion it and bring others with you.

Desirable

  • Experience setting up agent observability tooling.
  • Background in marketplaces, lettings, utilities or consumer‑facing platforms.

How to prepare for a job interview at UniHomes

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If UniHomes uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
