We’re hiring a Retentions Executive for our B2C telesales team at UniHomes. This role gives you ownership of all customer cancellation requests at our Sheffield City Centre office and lets you shape how we manage cancellations now and into the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Retention‑and‑value led reselling to retain as many customers as possible.
- Handling every cancellation request, identifying saveable opportunities, and processing straightforward cancellations accurately.
- Explaining the value of UniHomes and clarifying terms to overcome objections.
- Keeping customers informed, reassured, and confident in their decision to stay.
- Using strong negotiation, empathy and communication skills to influence outcomes.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails related to cancellations.
- Updating cancellation cases in Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records.
- Supporting the B2C team with routine operational tasks during quieter periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retentions, renewals, or a persuasive role handling cancellations.
- Target‑driven motivation by commercial outcomes and commission potential.
- Confident communicator with a warm, friendly and professional phone manner.
- Skill in objection handling, reselling and influencing.
- Resilient, calm under pressure and comfortable navigating challenging conversations.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive and hard‑working approach.
- Experience using Salesforce and Vonage is beneficial but not essential.

Mon – Thu: 9:00 – 5:30
Fri: 9:00 – 5:00
Last weekend of each month: days off in lieu.
