Uni Homes in the UK is hiring a Product Manager to lead our AI & Automation function, a Wave 1 hire in the Technology & Product TOM.

You will own the AI roadmap, the agent build pipeline and the adoption motion, reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Product Officer.

You will collaborate with Heads across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Customer Service to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and deliver AI automation that shifts how the business operates.
